Casino Night Fundraisers

Why gamble on the success of your next

fundraiser?  Casino/Monte Carlo Nights are an

excellent way to spice up your next

fundraiser. Casino parties add an exciting

dimension while  bringing in donations at the

same time.

We supply your organiztion with the equipment, staffing or partial staffing, and all the chips and accessories you will need for a successful event.

A nominal chip amount is included in the ticket price ($25) and additional chip packages are sold at the event.  For example:

• $10 Donation = $25 in casino chips
• $25 Donation = $75 in casino chips
• $50 Donation = $250 in casino chips
• $100 Donation = $500 in casino chips

Throughout the event guests will cash in their casino money for raffle tickets ($25-$50 in casino money = 1 raffle ticket). 1-10 casino prizes are needed which should be donated.

At the end of the night all casino dealers can help "cash" in the chips for raffle tickets.  We setup and take the equipment away so there is no need for an additional clean up crew. You will need volunteers for your cashier/ticket stations. (2-4) 

Poker Tournament Fundraisers

A Texas Holdem Tournament is one of the

easiest and most profitable fundraiser you can

host.  They require the least amount of

volunteers. The key is to sell 100+ seats to the

poker tournament. 

There are two types of Poker Tournaments, 

self-dealt and dealt.  We assist you with

equipment, staffing, blind structures, table

consolidation, and running of the tournament. 

You provide the venue, players, a simple dinner, 

and prizes.  You need volunteers for registration,

cocktail waiters, and table monitors.

Self-Dealt Tournaments:

This means the players will be dealing to

themselves.  We provide the poker tables

which include, chips, cards and dealer pucks. 

We also provide the Floormen to run the

tournament.  The final table will be dealt by one

of our Floormen. 

Dealt Tournaments:

This means the players will have a professional

poker dealer dealing to them at each table.  We

provide the Texas Holdem tables, chips, cards,

and dealer pucks.  We also provide the Floormen

to run the tournament.
